Everyone, Everywhere - A Lot Of Weird People Standing Around
I'm at a loss for words so I grabbed the best(read: least faggoty) review from their myspace.
Everyone Everywhere were described to me as having a Promise Ring-ish feel, and that’s a dead-on description of this band. It’s upbeat, jangly, fast, and melodic poppy music with an introspective bent that brings to mind their influences without being an obvious rip-off. It’s mature but not jaded, and hasn’t abandoning the recklessness and energy of a group of friends that just want to make music for the sake of music, which I really love seeing in bands. This is road trip music, springtime music, vacation music, just good stuff in general. If you can get your hands onA Lot Of Weird People Standing Around, please do, you won’t regret it.
Here is a link to buy the new LP too.
Enjoy.

The song Smash and Grab. Recorded 1998 for the God Bless Hardcore fanzine comp, and unearthed too late for the RTF cassette release.

Gui Boratto - Take My Breath Away
linkFrom wiki
a Brazilian electronic music producer. He started his career working in the Publicity sector in 1989.
His album Chromophobia was awarded the title of Mixmag Album of the Month. Regarding why he chose the name Chromophobia, Boratto said: "The same meaning as monochromatism in architecture, which means simplicity. That’s all. I don’t have a morbid fear of colors at all. But also, I was ironic. My music is really colorful." [1]
On stage, Gui uses a laptop equipped with Ableton Live, a Jazz Mutant Lemur, a monome and an Evolution Uc33e, and he sometimes even invites a guitar player to join him
Reupping this from my other blog. This album is really top notch from what I've heard in the electronica/house genre. Has a great fun/chill vibe to it and never gets annoying. I'm hardly able to listen to this kind of music for long let alone an album straight through like I can with this one.

Small Brown Bike

Small Brown Bike was a post punk/hardcore band that started in michigan in 1996. If that's not enough to make you curious than i'm afraid you've come to the wrong place for music.

Jeremy Friday Night - demos
Link
I downloaded this on a whim off of centerfuse. Never heard of the band but it's pretty solid pop punk. If you like older Saves the Day or Lifetime you'll like this. I guess they're from Blackwood, NJ area and have no idea when they were a band. Sorry I know I'm no help here but I knew nothing of this band until yesterday.

Death Do Us Part - Legend
linkSome good old fashioned metalcore from the Philly side of of South Jersey. This was the first LP they put out in 2006. Apparently the singer Strum recently had to quit. Sucks.

suffering the loss of a best friend
My name is donald joe clark. Up until several hours ago i took in an alligator and named him Lockjaw. Lockjaw wasn't my pet. we had a mutual respect for eachother, a bond, a friendship. For the last year and a half, he has been the most consisent element in my life. He was always there, always so gentle and affectionate. There is no creature on this planet who is even capable of sharing the bond that lockjaw and I had... I honestly have no idea how to handle this. This was a wake up call. It just shows me how fragile life is. I don't ever want to own another life again, mine is too much already. I'm not sure how much more loss I can take, I think to myself "this isn't even a human life, this is just a pet. That the fuck are you going to do when your parents die?" Yeah sorry. No music, I just needed to vent. I'm drunk on the njtransit train to philly for marc greene's birthday. Fuck.
Front Page - NJ to MA and Back
No album art because there wasn't any. This was another limited self-released thing with B-sides and acoustic tracks Justin Collier was nice enough to give me for free. If you liked the blunt page you'll like it.

Bad Blood - Demo
Bald Blood. Band ruled. From PA and South Jersey I think. They played a lot of shows with Sad State. I'm real pissed they played a "reunion" and nobody told me. At least I got to see them one time at the Cologne American Legion when Youth Attack played. Pretty pretty pretty pretty good demo, too bad they decided to stop playing.

Brigantine flavor

Three bands. Lots of overlapping members. A lot of this is whatever I could salvage off of myspace sites before the download program from that got changed so they're not all proper demos. If you have any other songs/cds (livin it up covering beautiful girls would be clutch) post em in the comments. Enjoy.

A series of unfortunate events
I just went through my external hd and decided to .rar a bunch of old demos and EPs from bands form around my area that no longer play shows. Whatever.

The Galloway lords of metal/grind/hardcore/off time drumming/little kid moshing. The intro on the demo is the OG mix with no vocals. I have no idea if the split was ever "released". If anyone has the old old songs like "See you in September" you should upload them and send them to me.

Iwo Jima was the progression of the North brothers after Malice and Shao Khan both broke up. Kevin and Andrew got together with some really solid dudes and made probably the tightest band from around my way in high school. If you liked metal and/or the occasional Redline cover from 2005-2008 this was your band.

Coldplay - Parachutes
The Bouncing Souls - Ghosts on the Boardwalk
The Bouncing Souls put out a song each month of 2009 to celebrate 20 years of being a band. This is the resulting full length. They are also available in quarterly 7" records but this is easier to post. Enjoy.

Saves The Day - Can't Slow Down
Odds are that if you are checking this blog you have some kind of copy of this album. If you are new download this and prepare to put this on every spring and drive around New Jersey with the windows down while you're yelling the lyrics over the stereo turned all the way up. Crucial crucial crucial jams.
Alkaline Trio - This Addiction
Is it more like "Good Mourning"? Is it weird since they're "trying new things"? Most importantly, is it GOOD? Check it before the link has to be removed

Outburst - Miles To Go
Floorpunch opened Final Mosh on Saturday with Outburst's intro. I figured more people should check out an older hardcore LP since a lot of the young bulls probably didn't know what was going on until they played "Clear". Get into it.

Oh yeah BTW this is my first contribution to this blog. It's nothing.
